nexus is your digital second brain: save links, youtube videos, tweets, posts and notes in one place, sort them into folders, then select any mix of folders and items and ask an ai agent about them.
the agent can answer questions with numbered citations that link back to your saved items, summarize the selection, or compare items to show where they agree and differ. answers are built only from what you selected. under the hood it reads each item's text (page content, youtube captions, a repo's readme), splits it into passages, ranks them with bm25 keyword scoring, and sends the best ones to a groq-hosted model with strict cite-only instructions.
built with react, typescript, vite and tailwind on the front end, and node, express and mongodb on the back end, with jwt and google sign-in. the server blocks ssrf attempts to private or internal addresses, and runs are rate limited per user.
